Receiving, delivery, and installation scope
This project involved procuring a large number of workstations and support equipment, delivering them, and fully setting them up. To anchor the front of the room, crews put in 25 L-shaped HAT desks, 1 straight HAT desk, 9 peninsula desks, and 1 instructor desk with a lectern. We added 25 dual-monitor arms and 25 power-and-data clamp-on units to ensure the technology was ready for use.
Training room function and furnishings
The installation also included six 60-inch flip-top training tables and a 12-foot-by-4-foot conference table for structured meetings, so it could fit different room layouts. A 24-inch round table, a 36-inch round table, and two high-top tables, 48 inches by 18 inches and 78 inches by 42 inches, helped facilitate more collaboration and touchdown areas. There were 26 task chairs, 12 conference chairs, 33 guest chairs, and 4 barstools, all matching in style but serving different comfort needs.
Storage and presentation finishes
There are six storage towers, four bookcase hutches, and a full set of lateral files, which include six 2-drawer units, two 3-drawer units, and ten 4-drawer units. There were 16 wall-mounted overheads and a 5-foot-by-4-foot glass board for presentations and lessons. These made the front of the room look polished and helped with both teaching and teamwork.
