QI Partner Rewards – Terms & Conditions

QI Partner Rewards is offered by Quality Installers, LLC.

By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   QI Partner Rewards is available exclusively to the project management professionals we work with nationwide.
   
   Participants must complete the official sign-up process prior to awarding a qualifying project to Quality Installers in order to be eligible for rewards. Projects awarded, purchase orders issued, or projects completed prior to enrollment are not eligible for rewards and cannot be applied retroactively.
2. How Rewards Are Earned
   Awarded Projects
   A reward is issued when a project is assigned to Quality Installers, a valid purchase order is issued, and the project is completed.
   
   Referrals
   A reward is issued to the participant who makes the referral when a referred project management professional subsequently assigns a project to Quality Installers, a purchase order is issued, and the project is completed. Referral rewards are limited to one reward per referred individual, paid to the referring participant. Referral rewards are only applicable to referrals of individuals who have not worked with Quality Installers previously.
3. Timing of Rewards
   Rewards are issued upon completion of the qualifying project.
4. No Impact on Pricing or Project Decisions
   Participation does not impact installation pricing, service levels, or project prioritization. Participation does not influence dealer, client, or employer decision-making.
5. Compliance
   Participants are responsible for ensuring participation complies with their employer’s internal policies, ethics guidelines, and disclosure requirements. Quality Installers assumes no responsibility for conflicts related to employer policies or third-party agreements.
6. Taxes
   Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with rewards received.
7. Changes or Termination
   Quality Installers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate QI Partner Rewards at any time.
8. No Employment or Agency Relationship
   Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Quality Installers
9. Redemption Deadline and Responsibility
   Recipients are responsible for redeeming and using rewards within the expiration period shown on the card. We recommend using rewards within 6 months of issuance.
