A Modern Office Installation Designed for Efficiency and Comfort

Office Furniture Installation in Grand Prairie TX

A recent office furniture installation demonstrates how thoughtful planning and professional execution can support both productivity and visual consistency within a modern workplace.

The project involved receiving, delivering, and installing a wide range of modular furniture pieces designed to create functional workstations, collaborative areas, and meeting spaces within a single cohesive environment.

Completed for BHAM in Grand Prairie, TX, the installation reflects careful coordination among layout, furniture selection, and installation sequencing to ensure proper alignment and usability throughout the space.

Structured Workstations and Cubicle Systems

The installation included one four-pack of AIS Matrix cubicles with fifty-inch panels, L-shaped desks, fixed and mobile pedestals, storage cabinets, and integrated tool rails with paper flow accessories. Power and monitor arms that can be clamped to the desk were added to support ergonomic workstation use while keeping the desktop looking clean.

The cubicles were set up with clear walkways and consistent spacing, creating an organized, private work area that was still easy to reach.

Bench Seating and Collaborative Zones

A double-sided AIS Oxygen benching desk, four feet wide and twelve feet long, was installed for six people. This benching system had fixed surfaces, power, and data at each seat; a center-glass downspine; clamp-on PET dividers; mobile pedestals; and a planter box with faux plants at the end of the run. The layout encourages people to work together while maintaining their own work areas.

Lounge, Conference, and Support Furniture

The project included a six-by-twelve-foot L-shaped sectional with field-installed ganging brackets, a loveseat, an eighty-inch bench, eight club chairs, and several small side tables. This was to help with meetings and casual get-togethers. There was a 36-inch cylindrical coffee table with a glass top to hold the seating arrangement in place.

The conference rooms contained a ten-foot table with power grommets, a six-foot table without power, fourteen conference chairs, and a modular buffet credenza made up of two thirty-six-inch cabinets with a shared top.
