Our assignment was to receive, deliver, and install:
- Seven (7) AIS Matrix workstations (8’ x 8”) – These modular systems were laid out to optimize workflow while maintaining a spacious and professional office environment.
- Four (4) Desk Makers L-Shaped desks – These were installed to provide generous work surfaces for key personnel, allowing for seamless multitasking and organized workspace management.
- One (1) conference table (42” x 156”) and one (1) table (42” x 72”) – Both tables were precisely installed to accommodate group meetings and collaborative sessions with ample seating and clearance.
- One (1) reception area setup, including a sofa, two (2) lounge chairs, one (1) coffee table, and one (1) 42” round table – Designed to offer a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, this area was assembled to reflect the bank’s commitment to comfort and professionalism.
Seating and Storage Installations
Our crew also handled installing an extensive range of seating and storage systems:
- Eleven (11) ergonomic task chairs to provide comfort and support for employees throughout the workday.
- Eight (8) guest chairs strategically placed to accommodate visitors across offices and meeting spaces.
- Eighteen (18) conference chairs are arranged in the main conference room to foster collaboration during board meetings and team discussions.
- Three (3) break room chairs offer a comfortable space for employee downtime.
- Five (5) 42” W 3-high lateral file cabinets to support document storage needs.
